Prices are per person, per night and include full English breakfast. Please note that bedrooms 2,3 and 4 are double occupancy only.

One night stays must be paid in full at time of booking.
For two-six night stays a 50% deposit is required to confirm booking and balance is due on arrival.
For weekly bookings a 50% deposit is required to confirm booking and balance due on day of arrival.
Cancellations must be within 48 hours please. Deposits are non-refundable.
Guests can arrive from 2.30P.M. Please inform us of late arrivals.
We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 A.M.
